USER AGREEMENT / COMMUNICATIONS

Family Protect VPN User Agreement – Effective September 5, 2023

Welcome to the Family Protect VPN User Agreement.

This Agreement is a binding contract between you and Family Protect VPN, outlining the terms for using our website and services ("Service"). By accessing our Service, you agree to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy available on our website. If you disagree with any terms, please refrain from using our Service.

Service Access

Our Service is for personal or company use. To access, you must be a registered user on Podio.com. Ensure your Podio password remains confidential. If forgotten, contact Podio for recovery. You're accountable for all activities under your username, including legal compliance.

Electronic Communications

Interacting with FamilyProtectVPN.com or emailing us means you're communicating electronically. You consent to receive electronic communications from us, whether via email, FamilyProtectVPN Chat Assistant, SMS, or site notifications. Such electronic communications are legally binding.

Phone Communications

By filling out webforms, seeking support, placing orders, or scheduling calls, you agree to receive text messages. All electronic communications, including these, are legally binding.

Data Handling

Using our Service means you allow us and our partners to copy, store, and access your data for backup and support. You must adhere to data privacy laws concerning the data we store. You'll defend and compensate us for any legal claims arising from any breaches of this Agreement. If legally requested to disclose your data, we'll attempt to notify you beforehand, unless prohibited.

Information Collection

The software for our Service may gather non-personal data from your computer, like performance metrics. This data helps us enhance our Service.

Credit Card Transactions

Users must be over 18 and legally able to enter contracts in their jurisdiction. Using fraudulent means against Family Protect VPN may result in legal actions and penalties.

Service/Agreement Modifications

We may alter or cease the Service. We'll notify you of changes via email, Podio workspace, or our website. Any Agreement changes will be effective 30 days after posting. If you disagree, you must terminate your account.

Software & Service Rights

Our software is proprietary. You're granted a limited license to use it, but all other rights are reserved. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.

Termination

You can end your Service anytime by extracting data and contacting our support. Breaching this Agreement may result in Service termination. Post-termination, you have 30 days to download your data, after which it may be deleted.

Refunds

All purchases are final. No refunds are provided.

Liability Limitation

Our software and Service are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties and aren't liable for any damages or losses incurred from using our Service.

Assignments

Transferring your Agreement rights to another party without our consent is prohibited. We can assign this Agreement freely.

Disputes

This Agreement is governed by Wisconsin laws. All disputes will be resolved in Walworth County, Wisconsin courts.

Miscellaneous

Failure to enforce any Agreement provision doesn't waive our rights. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the rest remains valid. This Agreement is the complete understanding between parties.
